Back in the Ancient Egyptian Times, the Egyptians used toothpaste and toothbrushes like we still use today. Although, the Egyptians used and created tools differently compared to what we use today. The ingredients that the Ancient Egyptians created and used in the 4th Century CE in their toothpaste was rock salt, mint, dried iris petals, and pepper. They continued to use these ingredients in their toothpaste from time to time although it made their gums bleed and ache. This invention helped the Ancient Egyptians and the other people as the grit and sand were found in their bread and vegetables were making it difficult to keep their teeth as well as their gums clean and healthy.

The Ancient Egyptians distinguishably farmed the black soils of the Nile Delta, this area was caused by little rainfall that was flooded by the cause of the irrigation. These were called 'seasonal floodwaters'. They farmed the black soils to stop irrigation, this has helped the Ancient people as it stops the Nile Delta as well as other places flood with water. The tools that they used to stop the irrigation included hoes, sickles, sieves, and many more Ancient Egyptian Tools.
